In August 2001 I sold my CBR and upgraded 150 cubic centimeters to a 1997 Honda VFR750F. The VFR had been purchased new in 1999, and in two years the original owner put less than 2,000 miles on it. The price of admission: $6,500. Coincidentally enough, the guy who bought my CBR ended up selling it and buying his own VFR.
